220x51 Kasumi

700.00

This is a kasumi gyuto with 1.2519 core and A203E cladding. This steel is similar to aogami #2. This knife has a Kasumi finish done by myself on Japanese natural stones. Kasumi finishes are not very common among western makers. They take a lot of time, but the end result is absolutely worth it. It also provides an easily thinned knife. This handle is high grade curly Tasmanian blackwood with an African Blackwood ferrule.

Above Makers Mark: 2.27mm
Middle: 1.9mm
