225x54 Kasumi

675.00

This is a wrought iron gyuto with 1.2519 core. This steel is similar to aogami #2. This knife has a Kasumi finish done by me on Japanese natural stones. Kasumi finishes are not very common among western makers. They take a lot of time, but the end result is absolutely worth it. It also provides an easily thinned knife. The handle is scorched bourbon barrel oak. This wood came from an old Maker’s Mark barrel.

Spine Measurements:
Out of the handle: 4.45mm
Above Makers Mark: 2.8
Middle: 2.42mm
2cm from tip: 1.63
Weight: 202g
