This knife was forged from iron san mai that was made in my shop. The core steel is 1.2519 German tungsten tool steel which is similar to blue#2. This knife has a slight wide bevel convex grind. The handle of this knife is composed of exhibition grade curly Tasmanian blackwood and it has an African Blackwood ferrule.
