230x53 Dusk

$2,750.00

This is a 230mm pattern welded gyuto, the steels used are 1095/15n20. The pattern used for this knife is an intricate feather pattern that I’ve named Dusk. This is a unique pattern that I’ve made, I have named it Dusk because the overall darkness to it. This knife has a compound S-grind, which has a hollow along the middle of the blade that aids with food release. The grind on this knife would be my typical of my normal lighter midweight grind. The handle of this knife is composed of fossil walrus ivory, nickel silver, and black G10. The fossil walrus ivory is many thousands of years old and dug by the Inuits in Alaska. The handle has been polished to a high sheen.

Note: Certain States and countries have regulations around the sales of pre-ban fossil ivory, please check your state/countries laws before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to email me and we can work it out together. If you live outside of United States, please contact me to discuss possible shipping options.
