260x57 Phoenix

$3,000.00

This is a 260mm pattern welded gyuto, the steels used are 1095/15n20. The pattern used for this knife is an intricate feather pattern that I’ve named Phoenix. This is one of the most unique patterns that I’ve made. This knife has a compound S-grind, which has a hollow along the middle of the blade that aids with food release. The grind on this knife would be my typical of my normal lighter midweight grind. The handle of this knife is composed of ancient bog oak, silver, and black G10. I’ve chosen to use a dark wood for the handle so that it doesn’t distract from the beautiful pattern in the steel. The handle of this knife is oval shaped.

Note: I will be sending this knife for professional photography so delivery may be delayed 1-2 weeks.
