This is a paring/utility with a 3” blade and overall length of 7.5”. This knife is made from .102” Procut carbon steel. Procut is a great new steel that is easy to maintain and takes a wonderful edge. This knife has a carbon fiber handle with white pins. This knife could be used for any general kitchen work. This knife comes with a custom kydex sheath.
