This knife was forged from 1084 and 15n20. The pattern is a feathered bold Ws pattern that is really striking. This knife has an internal bolster where the pattern flows out of. The handle on this knife is African Blackwood and is round/oval. This knife has a full convex and would be suitable for any general kitchen task.
