This is a boning/fillet with a 5” blade and overall length of 9.5”. This knife is made from .0625” AEBL stainless. AEBL is a great steel that is easy to maintain and takes a wonderful edge. This knife has a black G10 handle with white G10 pins. This knife could be used for boning, filleting, outdoor tasks. The blade is fairly stiff.  It is a true utility knife with a keen edge. This knife comes with a custom kydex sheath.
