This knife was forged from a standard 100 layer twist composed of 1084 and 15n20. This was twisted as a 1.25”sq and then forged to shape. The handle on this knife is curly koa that has been polished, it is round/oval. This knife has a full convex and is very thin and agile. It would be a great addition to any kitchen set, the size is very useful.
