This knife was forged from cruforgev which is one of my favorite steels. It gets exceptionally hard and is very tough. The edge it takes is also very nice. This knife has forged distal taper and a workhorse grind. This knife has an Arizona ironwood single piece handle. This knife would be suitable for any general kitchen task.
